3jl2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any person found to have registered or used the Platform while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated, and any winnings or balances associated with that account will be forfeited.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3jl2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 3jl2 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 3jl2 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl2 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 3jl2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 3jl2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3jl2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3jl2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 3jl2's discretion.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 3jl2 account within fifteen (15) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours. 3jl2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 3jl2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3jl2 account holder. 3jl2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All transactions on the 3jl2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted from the transaction amount at the prevailing exchange rate.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 3jl2 account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 3jl2 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
3jl2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
3jl2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in the Platform.
3jl2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of the change, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
All bets placed on the 3jl2 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 3jl2 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error on the part of 3jl2 has demonstrably affected the outcome of the bet.
3jl2 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. 3jl2 will notify affected players of any voided bets as promptly as practicable.
Sports betting markets, including those covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and sabong, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the 3jl2 Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
Casino games and live dealer tables on 3jl2 are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server records, which shall be conclusive.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl2 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 3jl2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 3jl2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 3jl2.
The 3jl2 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 3jl2. You may not use any 3jl2 trademark or trade name without our prior written permission.
3jl2 endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 3jl2 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jl2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 3jl2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 3jl2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jl2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jl2 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers. Any disputes arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your 3jl2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 3jl2 will process any remaining balance in your account to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 3jl2's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
3jl2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the 3jl2 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
